The Graceful Ghost is a replica of an 1800's era steamboat and is the last known wood-burning, steam powered, stern paddle-wheel touring vessel in the world, that we know of. The vessel is Coast Guard Approved with a Certificate of Inspection and a Letter of Stability allowing 34 passengers. The Graceful Ghost boards at Big Pines Lodge, 756 Pine Island Road, Karnack, Texas and provides guests with a colorful narration of the history of Caddo Lake and the surrounding area.
